It is also about quitting your badhabits, one doesn’t realize that but whatever wrong you do it affects yourmental peace as you know it is wrong but you are adamant to do it. This to be more specific is taking care of your soul. Think about it, you take care ofyour body by giving it nourishment; you take care of your mind by getting rid of negativity and thinking positively so you have to take care of your soul

3 ways to take care of yourself are as follows;
1) Physically
Exercise regularly For example :Yoga will make you calmer
Eat a healthy diet Go out for a walk
Have a proper sleep routine with at least 9hrs of uninterrupted sleep.
Try sleeping early at night and wakening up early in the morning you will see the change in your mood and
productivity.
Limit the use of mobile phones and generally the screen time to a maximum of 2-3hours a day which itself is more but in quarantine when all are stuck in a home it is a little justified however in normal days the overall screen time should not be more 1.5 hours.
Take care of your personal hygiene.
2) Mentally
Get rid of the negativity that surrounds your mind.
Start valuing what you have rather than what you have lost.
Stop being envious of people around them and appreciate them wholeheartedly.
Don’t think much of the past and spoil the present while doing so.
Accept your mistakes instead of denying them as that is when you will outgrow yourself.

Start practicing gratitude towards all the blessings you have.
Do one good thing for someone every day, even if it is making someone smile.
