6) Get Enough sleep

Sleep is vital to restore mental functioning and your brain process your emotions and memories well. Sleep is a powerful stress reducer. Following a regular sleep routine of at least 7-8 hours(uninterrupted)restores the body, improves focus, regulates mood, and makes decision-making better. 7) Stop fearing failure
