5) Eat a healthy diet

You may not realize it, but your diet can either boost your brainpower or sap you of mental energy. A healthy diet can function as a stress
management technique. Improving your diet can keep you from experiencing diet-related mood swings, light-headedness, and more.

6) Get Enough sleep

Sleep is vital to restore mental functioning and your brain process your emotions and memories well. Sleep is a powerful stress reducer. Following a regular sleep routine of at least 7-8 hours(uninterrupted)restores the body, improves focus, regulates mood, and makes decision-making better. You are fueled up and energized to deal with different problems effectively.

7) Stop fearing failure

Put effort in whatever you are doing and stop procrastinating, it just leads to end moment anxiety hence

By Develop perseverance and passion that drives you towards your goals and the ability to not sit until you achieve them. Grit is also about developing strength in character for the control of your life so that minimum external factors can  affect your mental peace.
